I wonder if Google will integrate these Google Reader comments into SideWiki. They probably should. Would also be interesting to see them via my profile, which effectively duplicates some of the BackType/Disqus/Intense Debate functionality of centralizing comment tracking.

I met this past week with Kutano (http://kutano.com) who have a twitter-comments-for-this-page plugin. I think they could do some of the things that Kevin describes in this post.

This sounds like a really interesting process. Maybe we can try it out at BarCamp? I'd love to do a warm up exercise like this...but what question to ask?

I should probably start a new tag -- "Nokia is screwed". 19% decline year over year in handset sales in their HOME MARKET of Western Europe. That's devastating.

Everything can get tracked today. It's the reverse of Uncleweed's "fuck stats, make art" -- except, unsurprisingly, when you make good stuff, the "stats" follow.

Ah! Good to have the old grumpy Dave Winer back, causing headaches for everyone. And with this, I can safely ignore rssCloud. Except, of course, for Matt at WP working with it. Aaaarrrrrggghhhhhhh!

Mike is thinking out loud about lots of ways to "upgrade" university programs. It generally hasn't been the role of universities to focus on business viability ... but if you're not going on to graduate work, this business viability is likely critically important.

Shared the story Dean Prelazzi Interview
Mack does a great job interviewing Dean Prelazzi, and finds out more about his background as well as about the BC Innovation Council. I'm going to ask him about cross posting...

Darren and Kirsti do amazing work, and they keep bootstrapping themselves into new design-related projects. I can see them having a great future in space design.

I actually agree with the premise -- we'll see more and more "blogger junketts" and other bribery. And it will work, in part juicing search results. But then, some reviewers / writers / etc. will base their rep on NOT going along with this.

Joe is very good at splitting communities apart - not so good at bringing them together. I love his hacker ethic - his non-way of working with people, not so much. That being said, I want to see more "Created stuff" at BarCamp
